The elastic waistband ensures a comfortable and adjustable fit. Waistband stretches up to 5 inches. We designed these skirts to have a straight fall; making it semi-flowy but fitting at the same time. Plisse fabric is a lightweight material with delicate pleats that create a unique textured appearance. This material is a summer essential due to its cool and fresh feel. Skirts are made single-lined and can possibly need a slip.
